This class is suitable from about six weeks after the childbirth (when you get cleared by the doctor to resume exercise) until the baby starts to crawl.
All levels are welcome and no prior yoga experience is necessary.

This postnatal yoga/pilates class heals the body and mind, and helps to recover from pregnancy and birth. It is especially designed for mothers with their babies, so that little ones can also be incorporated into the practice.
This class focuses on helping the body to come back into shape through movements that strengthen the lower back, abdomen, legs, glutes, arms and pelvis. In addition, this yoga practice will aid in reducing back pain, relieving tension, with the added benefit of helping manage fluctuating moods resulting from hormonal changes.
