Meditation.

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses techniques for relaxation of the body while maintaining full awareness. Meditation can reduce stress and an anxiety, increase feelings of calm and relaxation, improve focus and concentration.

Vadim Gorlik conducts group meditation which also include osteopathic manipulations as a bonus for each member of the group.

Hatha Yoga

In a Hatha Yoga class, the pace of the lesson is slower, focusing on correct posture and posture over a longer period of time, developing flexibility, balance, willpower and endurance, as well as improving concentration, breathing control and relaxation. Meditation and relaxation are also included.

You will need:

  • yoga mat
  • pillow
  • blanket
  • yoga block (if not, a folded thick blanket or towel will do).

Vinyasa-flow Yoga

One hour Vinyasa Yoga class. All training levels are encouraged and no previous yoga experience is required. It is a dynamic class that includes frequent and quick movements to develop a stronger and more flexible body. Movements through various yoga poses and breathing help develop the mind, body muscles and strengthen the heart. Meditation and relaxation are also included.

Kids Yoga

This class features a variety of fun yoga poses, games, music and breathing exercises specially tailored for children ages 4 to 9. These activities help improve coordination and better understanding of your body, as well as promote flexibility, physical strength, concentration and attention. Classes are aimed at teaching children how to relax, concentrate and breathe correctly. This class also promotes the development of self-confidence, self-esteem, self-control and inner strength, as well as a sense of well-being, self-love, and respect for others.
